Management System for Public Health Emergency Personnel (MSPHEP) is a tool used by administrators only to manage deployment of eligible MRC Los Angeles volunteers and Public Health Emergency Volunteer (PHEV) Network partner organizations. This system provides the ability to quickly identify and contact qualified volunteer healthcare professionals and other volunteers to coordinate and assist in responding to public health emergencies. This system is also utilized to track the deployment of all emergency personnel registered in the system and assigned to a Mission.

If you have not already registered and are interested in joining the MRC Los Angeles unit, please click the MRC Los Angeles link on the left, and it will take you to the appropriate website to register as a volunteer for MRC Los Angeles.
